Information Architecture (IA)

• Defined a clear structure, highlighting services like individual therapy, EMDR, and group therapy.

• Organized the website to intuitively guide users from the homepage to exploring services, blog content, and booking sessions.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Designed low-fidelity wireframes to map user flows, such as navigating therapy options or contacting Livia.

• Developed high-fidelity prototypes to simulate interactions and refine the user experience.

User Flows

• Mapped user journeys to ensure seamless navigation from the homepage to service-specific pages and a prominent “Contact” section for inquiries.

• Tailored pathways for various user needs, such as individuals seeking trauma therapy or personal development.
