Research and Strategy

• Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand IPS Residency's mission of fostering international artistic collaboration and its unique focus on scenography and site-specific installations.

• Analyzed competitor websites in the arts residency and cultural exchange sectors to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation that reflect the program's immersive and interdisciplinary nature.

Information Architecture (IA)

• Defined a clear content hierarchy that highlights key aspects of the program, including the application process, past editions, mentor profiles, and participant experiences.

• Structured the website to guide users intuitively from the homepage to detailed information about the residency, application guidelines, and ways to support the program.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize essential user flows, such as exploring past editions, learning about mentors, and submitting applications.

• Developed high-fidelity prototypes to simulate interactions and ensure a seamless user experience across devices, emphasizing visual storytelling through multimedia content.

User Flows

• Mapped the user journey to ensure smooth navigation from the homepage to specific sections like "About Us," "Apply Now," and "Support Us," with clear calls to action.

• Created tailored pathways for diverse user needs—whether prospective applicants, mentors, or supporters—ensuring each visitor finds relevant and engaging information.
