• Analyzed competitor websites in the veterinary and pet care industry to identify trends and uncover opportunities for innovation in service delivery.

Information Architecture (IA)

• Defined a clear content hierarchy to ensure easy access to pet care services, appointment scheduling, and educational resources.

• Structured the website to guide pet owners intuitively from the homepage to detailed service descriptions and contact information.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize key user flows, such as exploring services and booking appointments.

• Developed high-fidelity prototypes to simulate interactions and validate the overall user journey across the site.
