• Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand the retreat’s vision, holistic approach, and the unique appeal of integrating alpaca experiences with wellness programs.

• Analyzed competitor websites in the wellness and retreat industry to uncover trends and opportunities for differentiation that reflect the retreat's authentic, nature-focused ethos.

Information Architecture (IA)

• Defined a clear content hierarchy that highlights key offerings, such as wellness programs, retreat packages, alpaca encounters, and community testimonials.

• Structured the website to guide visitors intuitively from the inviting homepage to detailed pages about services, retreat schedules, and booking options.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize essential user flows, such as exploring retreat packages or scheduling a wellness session.

• Developed high-fidelity prototypes to simulate interactions and ensure a seamless user experience, from discovery to booking.
