Research and Strategy
  • Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand Bridging Gaps’ mission to facilitate personal and professional growth through customized learning experiences.

  • Analyzed competitor sites in the consulting and corporate training space to uncover industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation, especially in clarity and messaging.


Information Architecture (IA)
  • Defined a clean and intuitive content hierarchy, emphasizing core services (workshops, coaching, team building), case studies, and enrollment paths.

  • Structured the site to guide various audiences—HR managers, team leaders, individual professionals—from discovery to application or inquiry.


Wireframing & Prototyping
  • Designed low-fidelity wireframes to outline essential user flows, such as exploring service offerings or submitting an inquiry.

  • Developed high-fidelity prototypes to simulate navigation, interaction with service modules, and the user journey toward contact or enrolment.


User Flows
  • Crafted user pathways that move seamlessly from the homepage to service details and a compelling “Contact Us” or “Request a Workshop” endpoint.

  • Created tailored flows for different target groups—corporate teams, HR professionals, and individual learners—to ensure relevant information is delivered effectively.
