Information Architecture (IA)

• Defined a clear content hierarchy that highlights DIAGRAM8's expertise, certifications, project highlights, and contact information.

• Structured the website to guide users intuitively from the homepage to detailed service descriptions and organizational insights.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize key user flows, such as exploring services and learning about the organization's structure.

• Developed high-fidelity prototypes to simulate interactions and validate the user journey.

User Flows

• Mapped the user journey to ensure seamless navigation from the homepage to service pages and a prominent "Contact Us" endpoint for inquiries.

• Created tailored pathways for various user types, including government agencies and defense contractors, ensuring each finds relevant information efficiently.
